01 Definitions
In these Terms, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Shree Vaikuntha Enterprises. “Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual, business, or organisation that submits an enquiry, requests a quotation, or engages us for office interior and fit-out services. “Services” refers to design consultation, space planning, BOQ preparation, civil, carpentry, electrical, painting, furnishing, and related fit-out works offered by the Company.
02 Use of this website
This website and its content – including text, images, renders, floor plans, and design portfolios are provided for general information about our services. You may browse the site and submit enquiry forms for personal or business evaluation purposes only.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, or republish any content from this website, including project images and design concepts, without our prior written consent.
03 Enquiries & consultations
Submitting an enquiry form, including through LinkedIn or our website, does not create a binding contract between you and the Company. It is treated as a request for information or a preliminary consultation.
An initial consultation, site visit, or concept discussion is offered free of charge unless otherwise communicated. Detailed design development, 3D renders, and BOQ preparation beyond the initial scope may be chargeable, and this will be confirmed with you in advance.
04 Quotations & BOQs
All quotations, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) issued by the Company are based on the information, drawings, and site conditions available at the time of preparation. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
- Final pricing may vary based on site measurements, material availability, and scope changes confirmed after a site survey.
- Any change in design, materials, or scope requested after quotation approval may result in a revised cost and timeline.
- Rates quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless explicitly stated as inclusive.
05 Project engagement & payment terms
Once a quotation is accepted, a formal work order or agreement will be issued outlining the scope of work, payment schedule, and project timeline. Standard payment structures are milestone-based (for example, advance, mid-project, and completion stages) and will be detailed in your project agreement.
Work will commence only after receipt of the agreed advance payment. Delays in milestone payments may result in a corresponding delay to the project timeline, for which the Company will not be held liable.
06 Project timelines
Estimated timelines provided during quotation or planning stages are indicative and based on standard working conditions. Actual timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to delays in client approvals, site access restrictions, material lead times, third-party vendor delays, or force majeure events.
We will communicate any anticipated delays as early as possible and work to minimise their impact on your project.
07 Design ownership & intellectual property
All design concepts, 3D renders, technical drawings, and BOQs prepared by the Company remain the intellectual property of Shree Vaikuntha Enterprises until full payment for design services has been received and a formal handover is agreed.
Design materials shared during the proposal stage are for your internal evaluation only and may not be shared with competing vendors or used to execute the project independently without our written consent.
08 Warranties
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms for civil, carpentry, electrical, and other trade work will be detailed in your project agreement and typically range from 6 to 12 months from the date of handover, depending on the scope of work.
Warranties do not cover damage arising from misuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorised modifications, or maintenance neglect after handover. Manufacturer warranties on furniture, fixtures, and equipment are passed through as provided by the respective manufacturer.
09 Client responsibilities
To ensure smooth project execution, the Client agrees to:
- Provide timely access to the project site for surveys, measurements, and execution.
- Provide timely approvals on designs, materials, and revisions at agreed checkpoints.
- Ensure payment milestones are met as per the agreed schedule.
- Disclose any structural, legal, or regulatory constraints related to the premises prior to project commencement.
10 Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel a confirmed project, written notice must be provided to the Company. Any amount paid towards design work, materials already procured, or work already completed at the time of cancellation will not be refunded. Cancellation terms specific to your project will be outlined in your project agreement.
11 Limitation of liability
While we take all reasonable care in executing projects, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from project delays, business interruption, or third-party actions beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total value of fees paid by the Client for that project.
12 Privacy
Information collected through this website, including via enquiry and lead generation forms, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it to understand how your personal data is collected, used, and protected.
13 Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available at this URL, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14 Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
